Well.... it was nice on Friday, nice enough to ride around town. So the plan was to insure-up the Decker on Saturday and ride her a bit. Well, As Robert Burns wrote “The best laid plans of Mice & Men” ...... this morning
I am staying at The Hume hotel in Nelson. A very nice restored old Hotel right downtown. This is the third time I have been here this year. Nice modern rooms, restaurants, lounge with a small patio. And great staff. Nelson is netorious for bad parking. But the Hume has a small parking area of its own, and they are very motorcycle friendly.
I know this post is from way back but I'm just getting my feet wet on your thread. Looking forward to the read. I've stayed at the Hume. Great place from what I can remember. Spent my fair share of time down in the bar drinking Absinthe so I can't say for sure.

Ya, The Humes a great place. Nice bar & Resturant. But it can be noisy. Enjoy the read.
