... as in all Journeys, sometimes you must choose "A Road Less Travelled". I have made that choice. I am moving away from HDF for personal reasons which I will not share here.... but I will not end "The Journeys of Darla". I have moved "Journeys" to my own Blog. I have considered this for a while, but decided that today was the time to get on with it. This was not an easy decision.

Its been a hell of a ride here, literally and figuratively. Who woulda thunk that this "lark" would have ended up with over 165,000 reads. A lot of this was you, the readers, that drove me forward on my rides, gave me encouragement with your posts, got me up and on the Harley's on grim days to keep moving on. There was always a certain amount of "what will the crew like to see?' in all of my travels. Often I would turn around and get a picture because i thought "Wow, they will like that". Sure, I did it for me, but there was always "you" in the back of my mind.

I will stay true to the original idea and will post pictures and stories as I continue with "The Journey". Rendezvous is still in the plans for this year and taking the Pan is the Plan. You can follow along on the Blog and still respond like before and I encourage you to do that. Its a great story, and you are all part of that story. I will still ride, and take pictures and post as much as I can.
