My two cents worth:
- Great detail
- A bit dark (may be an effect from the thick black frame)
- Looks like you have a couple of dust spots on the DSLR lens/mirror. Note the dark gray dots top center and at the bottom of the top cloud coverage to the right.
- I really enjoy your pics and blog

Thanks!

I am pretty sure the spots are on the mirror. Easy to correct in my laptop with PS, still haven’t sorted out how to on the iPhone. Also, framing is tougher on the iPhone.

Thanks for the input.

It looks great, but so have your iPhone shots. Our screens may have some of the same DPI limitations your iPhone has. I would be curious to see the same shot taken with the DSLR and the iPhone at about the same time, for comparison.

I was kind of thinking that myself. I will set it up.

So ..... if you remember my boots, also used as a pillow.... anyway, last summer I lost a heal and did a Motel fix, long screws and a screwdriver, got them working well enough ..... well, I have been wearing these, and sleeping on them, for over 40 years. As a matter of fact, I think they are the oldest thing I own that I bought new ..... and I am not about to give up on such a dear old friend, am I? I left them at my daughters in Vancouver and she took them to a cobbler and explained the history..... so he orders up a pair of soles and heels and gets to work. They are finished, and he even spent some time on the leather.

I sure wish I had this grip last year when I was up Alaska....... should be good for another 40+ years.

Default I just need the 5 days.....

....here is one I have been thinking about for quite some time, years actually.... What I will call "The Great 93/95 rounder". The junction of those two highways is just a few miles east of Cranbrook. So.... I would take 93 all the way down to its southern terminus which is just a bit North West of Phoenix, and shoot over to Yuma and run 95 all the way North back to home. Its about a 2,500 mile rounder and that should make it an easy 5 day run. All I need to do, is find the 5 days. I will start looking for them at the end of April. Besides, my staff needs a break from me, and I need some Desert time.......

what's a Journey without a map.....
