Glad there was no damage. Sounds like it was a bit of a "fun" morning.

I don't like hearing about frost on the pumpkins. We had a really nice weekend, so nice that I took Monday off and went for a ride. I'm not sure I'll see another day in the 90's, until next year.

I'm not ready to put up the bikes, or get out the snow shovel.

Sorry to hear bout the Pan falling had to have been heart stopping. Seems when it rains it pours. Hope she's out of the shop soon and you can get a few more rides.

It was a hell of a surprise. The way I kick it is by leaning on my left leg which is on the seat ( so when she kicks back I don’t go over the handlebars) so I couldn’t save it. I did smack my left leg trying to save myself. Robin offered to weld her up so I can ride it, but I am focused at work for the next 10 days so won’t have time anyway. If the bits don’t come in I will get him to patch it up so can ride it in two weekends and as I said over our Thanksgiving weekend. My insurance expires just after.

Glad to hear there's minimal damage Rocky. She's too purty for character marks yet.

They ordered a new Side stand on Saturday and it was here Monday morning early. Then I get a call from LG (service manager) about 10 on Monday and says its fixed and could they run it over. I said please as I am in the office by myself this week..... and about 3:00 Robin, head wrench, rides it up to the front door..... in a day where lots of shops won’t work on anything older than 1999/2000, my shop fix’s AND delivers old Motorcycles ...... can’t beat that with a stick...... started up easy peazy this morning and rode her to morning coffee.

Home Again, Home Again, Jiggidy Jig ..... weather looks good for the next few weeks so I may get until the middle of October before she gets tucked in for the winter.

I'm guessing the assignment of who "has" to deliver your bike is based on seniority, or a lottery, or bribery of the shop manager. She purty.

Thanks ...... Actually, only Robin would let “himself” ride it. I get to own it and ride it, but I am pretty sure he thinks it is his. Lol.
