Thank you. One of my great pleasures is to take others “Along” when I Journey.

Hhmmh...... I was looking for a particular picture from last years Alaska Run. And I started at the beginning and ended up reading that entire Journey. BC/California/Alaska/Ontario/HeartLand/ BC. WHen I first posted to Journeys, it was a lark. I never imagined that it would become an archive of my own Journey, as it did. I forgot what picture I was looking for, and saw the entirety as a Landscape. I pulled one photo out. Not the best I have taken, but representative of an overall feel of what I experienced.

At “The Beach” helping my daughter out for a few weeks...... Atlas has a new buddy, Maximus (on the left) both are lap dogs, and we where down at the coffee shop enjoying the Sunshine earlier today.

One lap , two dogs.

Back to the Salt Mines tomorrow..... just checked the cameras and it looks like it is snowing most of the way...... but clearing up for tomorrow..... hopefully..... I will run up The Coquihalla...... what you TV fans see on “The Highway Through Hell”. Actually the Coq doesn’t hold a candle to The Kootenay Pass (on the South Route) for pure lousy snow..... I have run both in Tractor/Trailers. The big difference are the amateurs they allow in the Big Rigs on the Coq..... Anyway, three mountain Passes and about 550 miles..... should be a 11/12 hr jump in my 4x4.

Not going to the coast for Xmas this year, just staying home (moved from Kimberley back to Cranbrook) ..... I will get a couple of Hungry Man Turkey dinners and watch some college ball on the 25th.

I am working on a summer ride .... If I can get six weeks off I will seriously consider finishing the Run to the Rock (Newfoundland) which I was aiming for on my Alaska run, but did not finish in '017. The plan is still to ride the Pan to Sturgis in '020 for the 80th.

Thanks for tagging along on another year of "Journeys" and a Merry Christmas to all!
