Last day in Milwaukee at the celebration. Time to head for home!
Lined up for the ferry ride from Milwaukee to Muskegon, Michigan on another rainy morning. Ferry all loaded and leaving the dock in Milwaukee for the 2-1/2 hour ride. Very overcast as we left but luckily a calm lake for the ride across. Home in Canada! Total trip we logged 1109 miles. A great ride except for the rainy weather!
The end of another great adventure.
Many more to come. This Saturday is a guys ride to Robinson Motorcycle near Wheatley Ontario to celebrate their 60th anniversary in business.
Lets hope the weather co-operates.

Robinson Motorcycle Wheatley, Ontario 60th anniversary Celebration on September 15th, 2018.
Arrival at Robinsons. 60 years in business at the same location. A full parking lots of bikes. Free food and refreshments served. Free draws for merchandise and services. Family owned and run since 1958. A 7 bike quick stop in Wheatley at the Car Barn before heading home to Sarnia.
Yesterday we made the trip to Wheatley minus one of good riding friends “Smitty”.
Unfortunately on Friday a unattentive woman cager pulled right out in front of Smitty. Smitty never had a chance and the collision occurred launching him over the SUV.
Fortunately he survived but he is in the hospital in bad shape, with a broken left femur and compound fractures to his right ankle. His road to recovery is going to a long one.
Please say a prayer for Smitty with all of us in our riding group, and wish him a speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear about your friend Smitty hopefully he has a full and quick recovery. Thanks for the pictures it looks like your group had a good ride with nice weather.
Well the day finally arrived on Sunday September 23, 2018. The first, and newest addition to the “Scorpio” family.
Our first Grand child courtesy of our son Brad and his beautiful wife Kristen.
Eleanor Sophia....4:34 am....6lbs 5 oz.
Suzie and I are proud grandparents.

We have a had some beautiful summer like fall weather the last few days. Got out yesterday for a nice ride but was probably the last one until the spring as a cool down is coming upon us.
All tucked away and on the tender in the heated man cave.
