Great pics., thanks for sharing.
I'm planning a similar trip in length & days. For me trip will be from the west coast to the HD Museum & back.
Did you camp or motel/hotel? If motel, did you make reservations ahead of time? Was your trip mostly Interstates or back roads? thanks

we did motels, no reservations, at a gas stop late afternoon i would look up motels on trip advisor within the next 100 miles and call for price, whichever came out cheaper I'd take ( either online price or direct quote) we did big chunks of interstate first 2 days leaving NY, and last 3 days coming back, doing between 550 - 750 miles each day, but out west we took mostly secondary and back roads.

Nice ride, Bears tooth looked awesome. Was the road damage in Sunlight Basin?

Nice pics. Love looking at trip pics, though I do like taking my own more.

I'm going to do Yellowstone probably within two years. Think I'm going to start doing at least one big trip a summer. Did Pike's Peak and the Colorado Rockies a few weeks ago. Next up is a toss up between the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone/Jackson Hole WY. Then who knows.
