Where have you been on your Harley?

The Rainbow Bridge in Kansas is a great photo op. And to me, The Blue Swallow in Tucumcari, NM is just about the pinnacle of the entire ride for me. I have plans to complete my remaining NM, AZ, and CA portion this year. |

I rode 30,000 miles last year, biggest trip was to The Black Hills. I wish I could have rode more and seen more....maybe this year.

When my health was better...my shoulders have been crapping out after 2-3 hours...we went on a 10 hour, 550 mile overnight ride to Ft. Davis in 2013. We've done long overnight rides since but haven't done any any at all the past 2 years.

I've been to ALL 50 states, most on a H-D but not all of them. (Rented in Hawaii).
Northwest to AK, in 2000. Northeast to Halifax, NS in '80. Southwest to San Diego, CA in '81. Southeast to Key Largo, FL in '75. Topped Pike's Peak, CO in '04 (before it was paved to the top) Mt. Evans, CO in '95 My wife's favorite touring/scenic riding is in the Utah canyons and I think mine have been though Glacier Nat'l Park, MT and up through Warterton Park (Canadian side) to Banff Park and to the glaciers. My next BIG trip (maybe 2019) will be back to Nova Scotia for the Cabot Trail and then on to Newfound Land (via the eastern ferry) and that trip will be on a Tri-Glide if all goes as planned. |

Pulled up next to the tour bus in Glacier. August 2016. Trip included the Beartooth, Yellowstone, the Tetons and 3 hours of motorcycle nirvana following the Salmon River in Idaho. |
