Glad to see you back I always enjoy your pictures. That's a great idea of riding in memory of the ones who lost there battle with cancer. I'm sure we've all lost family and friends to cancer.

Cancer was the inspiration, but it’s for all of those who can’t ride & all others no matter the reason.

Thanks Peter. It is always fun to post up the Journeys. I am in Vancouver for a month now. Damn, have to rent a truck today to go do some chores for my daughter...... and my brand new Ram 1500 Is sitting idle at home. Darla is under her cover out on the street. I am NOT a big fan of that, but West Vancouver is a quiet bedroom community with lots of retirees so it’s not like she is in the Downtown Eastside. I still have some pictures to catch up on and maybe I can do some local runs around here. And I need to find a wand car wash ...... not a big call for them on the North Shore.... nobody wants to wash their own 1/2 Million $$ Ferrari’s.... they have People for that....

All wrapped up and snug as a bug in a rug. Two alarm systems, a disc lock and the steering lock. Plus replacement insurance.

It was a great run down from 100 Mile to West Vancouver. The first bit, until you get to Hwy 99, is a 70 mph road. Mosty straights, but a few high speed sweepers does break it up a bit ...... by once your on 99, it is all twisty and up and down. Way back in the Day it was the he main road between the lower mainland and the Cariboo. And it even gets better once your past Lillooet. A real motorcyclist road. Big BIG Mountains right beside you. Duffy lake is the place to stop for a bag lunch. Once your through Pemberton it is “The Whistler Gong Show” but still beautiful road and scenery, and when you get to Squamish there is the Ocean on the right hand side.

99 is the best way to get To Vancouver, and it is a bucket list ride.

For Vannesa ...... Duffy Lake

For Herbert ....The twistys heading down into Pemberton.
