Day trip advice
We are headed to Maggie Valley over the fourth of July. Traveling down 77 from Ohio. Would like to find somewhere in southern West Virginia/ Northern Tennessee to stop overnight and take a day trip. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

Do some research on the Tazwell, VA area.(Back-of-the Dragon, Claw-of-the-Dragon, etc.).
Several day rides out of there that look interesting.
If all goes well we'll be headed that way next month.
