Does it always rain in this HOUSTON area?
Its right in my path, and it's always storming there every time I check the map.

yeah, houston gets a big dose of it everytime there is a hurricane / tropical depression / low pressure system
that moves through the gulf.

But if it's not raining it's hot as hell. The rain keeps things from melting.
