Advance National Park Reservations
i am planning a two week tour for July ‘19. The trip will take us through Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, and Yosemite. We want to stay in park lodges in GNP and Yellowstone, and previously understood reservations opened one year in advance to the 1st of the month. Well, that’s changed for Yellowstone, as July 19 reservations opened 1 May 18. Nearly all the room types are already booked, but today (mid June 18) I was able to get 2 of the last few remaining rooms, So much for impromptu trips.
Yeah...I know you can stay outside the parks with last minute reservations. But, that’s not what we want to do.

Trigeezer.
We are leaving Phoenix on July 10 headed to Yellowstone up through Utah and staying in W Yellowstone Mt for the 3 days there but as advised here on the forum are staying at the Galaxy in Hatch for one night then found a cabin in Torrey Ut and one in Afton Wy, spending 2 nights in Vernal where Vernal from this forum is going to ride with us and show us the Flaming Gorge area. We will be leaving Yellowstone and starting our trip home on the 19th..
