Default Shipping with Harley Dealership

Does anyone know if Harley Dealerships have packages where they ship your bike from Ontario to an Arizona HD Dealership (for example) in January so you can ride it for 5 days or so and then ship it back so I could fly out and pick it up at Dealership & drop it back off at Dealership there-- or am I just dreaming that this would ever be possible? Thanks for any info

Even if a dealership did offer that service (which I doubt), if you're only going to be riding for five days wouldn't it be cheaper to rent a bike at your destination?

Default Shipping bike

I'm shipping mine from East Tenn to San Francisco using the company HD uses. It's costing me 499.00, 699.00 if I was more concerned with the dates involved. The company is Haulbikes.com. Their number is 414-464-7576, out of Wisconsin. You would be far better off, money wise, renting a bike. I researched and could not find a better price or better reviews. Good luck.

I'm moving to Winnipeg shortly and talked to the local dealer about shipping. They will crate it for $250 but I have to make the transportation arrangement with the trucking outfit they use. You may want to give these guys a call instead TFX International

Good luck.

As Dynamick stated, if you are only going for five days I would look at renting. Check out Eagleriders, it is my understanding Harley dealers per se no longer rent, but that Eagleriders are now in Harley dealers doing the renting.
Check out Air Canada Cargo, they may fly bikes there. I am in the process of organizing a ride starting from Calgary. We can ship our bikes to Calgary via air for the same cost as using truck.

I'm looking to have my bike shipped to Rapid City in the end of August. Plan on riding 12 days then shipping it back. Rental was a bit over $3k. Found shipping for about $1500.
Now I need a place to ship to and from near Rapid City. Black Hills HD has not returned emails or a call.

I used Haul Bikes to ship a Sportster I purchased in Wisconsin while I was there for the holidays and had it shipped to Florida. I thought they were a first class outfit and price was reasonable. Right around $500.

For only 5 days a rental would be a better option.

Air Canada was advertising shipping motorcycles to destinations they fly to last week. Might be worth a check.
