I haven't found a rain suit yet that doesn't leak in the crotch.
Rain jackets with only elastic at the sleeves allows water up your arm that pools in the sleeve then when you lift your arm to adjust helmet or Google's, the water goes down your side.

I have the HD. The only problem was a wrinkle when they sealed a seam in the pants made a pinhole, inside seam right leg. Used a little Flex Seal and I stay dry now.

Then don't buy anything. It is easy enough to avoid riding in the rain. If the goal is to be able to be comfortable while riding in the rain, then spend the money on quality gear.
