I say Myrtle Beach, but actually never set foot there. A buddy & I rode down to Murells Inlet, about 15 miles south of Myrtle. A lil over 200 mile trip, spur of the moment deal, rode down Sat & came back today. Got a nice room in Garden City, just north Of Murrels Inlet, ocean front for 80 bucks. Perfect Weather, great time. (Pardon the photo quality, was taken on my cell)

The Burnout Pit outside in back of SBB was busy...



Some guy on a Ricer rode in the bar and cleared the place out with a burnout......



Down the road from SSB a place called The Beaver Bar......



One of the ladies serving drinks outside was cold, so being the gentleman that I am I offered to let her use my jacket. I got GOOD STIFF drinks for that kind jesture!



*** Myrtle Beach....Murells Inlet has always been and will continue to be the best place to hang out for the rally or a vacation!

Yep Know what you mean. We were there this weekend and actually was pretty good considering everything MB politicos were tryin' to accomplish. We actually spent a lot of time in Little River/North Myrtle at the SwingBridge Saloon. Kickin' time Saturday Night.

 

Thanks for posting. I live enroute between NC and MB (hwy 52/9). I didn't have a chance to ride down.

 

Mid 70's during the day, 60's at nite, a bit breezy. Sun AM at the ocean was overcast, but a few miles inland it turned sunny. Fall is finally here, perfect ridin weather!
