TX Panhandle to Moab UT
Just got back from a 1600 mile run:
Day 1 Fritch TX - Chama NM
Day 2 Chama NM - Moab UT
Day 3 toured Canyonlands and Arches Nat'l Parks (AWESOME)
Day 4 Moab UT - Salida CO
Day 5 Salida CO - Fritch TX
The rivers are all outside their banks, forests are green, and the ride was great. Hit HD dealers in Durango, Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs and Pueblo. Rolled with my dad (BMW K1300GT), stepmom (BMW K1200RS), uncle (BMWK1200GT), and three buddies (CVO Ultra, Street Glide, Ford Fusion-bike broke, so he rolled in the car) and my Rootbeer RKC. Best roads on the trip...UT Hwy 128 and CO Hwy 141.
