Hi Big Mike,

Since you have the batwing style fairing on the Ultra Classic, we would recommend the HD9813SG-TKIT. More info is available here:

I have a Harley Davidson 2016 street glide. The wiring that comes with the TM400X4AD include Harley harnesses for quick plug and play? If so, does the wiring come with a bridged harness for 2 speakers?

Thanks,

Default 2018 sgs upgrade

Proud owner of a new 18 SGS and would like to upgrade the audio. Can you tell me what I need to order to replace front speakers and add rear bag speakers with 4 channel amplification and plug n play.

Default CVO Bikes

SO the RF guy's are monitoring this thread? So all of the kits say, may not be compatible with a CVO? I have a 2016 RGU CVO...I want to add Speakers to my saddle bags, is there a kit to allow me to run 3 sets of speakers?

Thanks,
The system is prewired for 4-speaker outputs. The rears are ready for TourPak speakers or rear bag-lid speakers. There is no wiring option to "bridge" the amplifier.

Hi 18 glide, complete plug and play systems are available, so you'll be looking at the below kits. Since it's a newer bike you'll also want to get the radio flashed to remove the factory HD EQ curve:

Front Audio Kit
https://www.rockfordfosgate.com/prod...ils/hd14-tkit/

Rear Baglid Retrofit Kit
https://www.rockfordfosgate.com/prod...ils/tms69bl14/

Hi DK's Limited, I understand the newer CVO's have electronic locks for the bag lids, so the Rockford Fosgate templates will not fit on those.

It is technically possible to install the front audio kits on some CVOs, but there are several options that need to be reviewed and modifications that are needed on the kits. We really recommend contacting a Rockford Fosgate Motorcycle Audio specialist so they can look at all the options you have.

Default Retrofit Saddlebag Speakers

How do you remove the right side saddlebag to check the air in the rear tire? Is there a quick disconnect that comes in the package to be able to easily disconnect the speaker wires running into the saddlebag?

Default HD14-TKIT Pop/buzz

Installed the HD14-TKIT in my 2016 road glide and have not had the radio flashed yet. I’ve had my RF dealer closest to me say it’s not needed, and two others try to sell me DSPs and line levelers when I inquire about flashing the radio. My two part question is this: Upon turning the bike on there’s a slight pop to when the radio comes on, and a slight hum or buzz when the radio is turned down to 0. Wondering if this is normal and if it goes away once the radio is flashed or should I opt for the DSP one of the dealers say I need? One reason I got the kit is because it is all “plug and play” but seems to be becoming more of a hassle. I have also turned the bass down all the way like the install video suggests until I can get it flashed. I will say it is LOUD once I’m rolling down the road I’m just afraid to really crank it up until the flash is done.
