Default quick kit for tour pack

16 cvo rg. I was thinking about getting the quick disconnect for my tour pack. The thing I don't like about the Harley kit is the turn signals that you stick to your saddle bags. I guess I could buy the Harley kit and plasma rods for my rear fender. What have you guys done?

Going to follow this thread but my pan is to go with the saddle bag lights with kit AND the Keystone filler lights. I live in a rural area and I need enough light on the back that I don't get run over!!

Yep, I've already been run over. I don't think we can use the keystone light because of the way our rear fender is made. Sadly, you don't get many responses from this forum on CVO's. I think I'm gonna have to try CVOforums.com

Not sure why they wouldn't work. The chrome filler frame behind the filler cover is the same one that is on the Ultra Limited and the RGU and it will work with theirs. I'll need to check further.

Here is the fitment page. Aren't we an FLTRU with extra goodies?

Our rear fender is different. It's more like the old street glide. There's no place for it unless you cut your rear fender . I'm leaning toward the custom dynamics plasma rods unless the ones with the Harley kit just stick on. I'm not cutting anything..lol

I think I'm gonna go with Harleys stealth kit that sticks to the bottom of the saddle bags.

I stand corrected. I didn't realize our fender fillers were removable. Your choice may be a way to go bud.

Funny, I was at a dealer yesterday and made them take the filler off of a showroom bike to confirm fitment!! They were especially pissy when I decided not to buy from them because they would not offer the same discount I get at other dealers. Probably need to stay away from that dealer for a while so they will forget about me!!! LOL

Hi- not wanting to hijack your post...I have a 14 Limited so not a CVO (even though I might get one someday. Thought you might want to see what the back looks like on my bike with the HD keystone fillers and the bag LED lights. I take my tour pack off occasionally so need the running and turn lights.
