I kept the cvo cans with the fullsac baffles and purchased a fuel moto jackpot header. Plan on keeping my stock head pipe for the warranty issue but talked to the dealer I purchased the bike from said that won't void my waranty(as long as I take it to them). My warranty expires in June and not sure if I will buy an extended or not.

Hopefully I will never need to.

I think your wrong about that. When my bike was sumping I was there on the bike when the factory rep showed up. He had me cycle the switches on my bike while he analyzed the tune and computer. Once he verified the tune and time stamp he couldn’t prove a tuner issue and had to move onto something else to blame. Luckily I had flashed the bike back about 20 minutes before he arrived with the power vision. He was very thorough looking the bike over for improper intake, tuner as well as exhaust. Of course I slid the factory header on but left the thunderheader slip ons on the bike. He tried to nail me for those. I was sitting right there when he called someone at the factory which said the slip ons were legal. ED was a complete *******.

I have the chance to buy a d&d fatcat with ghost pipe for a really decent price. The pipe has a couple scratches (curb rash, not horrible) and one heat shield is scratched from the foot board which can't be seen when on the bike. I have my stock mufflers with 2" fullsac cores. He is asking $650 for the fat cat or do I keep my mufflers and buy either the fullsac header or fuel moto header this spring. Not really sure what to do.
At this moment in time I do not plan any motor work but I know things can change and that a 2 into 1 would be better for a motor build. What would you guys do? Going on a 16 cvo sg.
Thanks
Kevin
