What head pipe do you have? Did you stay with the OEM head pipe? Fuel Moto has a really nice setup from what I've read. I went with Fullsac CVO Power Cores for my CVO SG. It has a deeper rumble and improved airflow, but they are far from loud. Drago's apparently has wicked exhaust systems. Loud and wicked performance.

I have the same set-up (almost) VH power duals and 4" rineharts on my 16 CVOSG. my bike is "loud enough" that going down the street my rear speakers (saddlebag lids) are useless...lol. I had to install the lower fairing speakers to make up for the my music sound I lost. I actually think the exhaust set-up is pretty loud my self.

now - the almost difference I mentioned - I have a 117 motor.....

Do you really want loud, or are you looking for increased HP and Torque? I had Rhinehart True Duals and 4" mufflers. Way to loud and didn't like the power and the way the bike ran. Part of that is due to bad tune map. With the True Duals and 4" I was by far the loudest bike in any group I rode with. Wasn't my intentions.
