4.5 Street Cannons on 117 CVO Opinions

I have them on my 2017 CVO Limited 7000 miles now. Took a little while to get used to coming from ppower duals and monster rounds on my 2013 Limited. After running them about a 1000 miles they really wake up nice bark when you roll on the throttle and quiet at a steady speed. That's my .02 cents

Thanks, I looked at the V&H offerings in 4.5 inch but all three Titan, Raider, and Destroyer are the same freakin muffler just different end caps. They also have a 2.5 inch baffle. Not a fan of those big baffles, usually sound hollow and too much noise for my taste. Narrowed it down to the SCs or maybe the V&H Eliminators. Had the Eliminators n my 2015 Road King I traded.

I’ve got them on my 2017 cvo SG, upgraded to Stage III and went with the 4.5” Street Cannons. I think they sound pretty much perfect... for me, definitely way better than the stock cvo cans. As has been said, they have a really nice deep sound all around, but really wake up when you crack the throttle. I don’t want really loud pipes, as I do a lot of touring and my ears have suffered. These are about as loud as I’d want to go.

try the fullsac power cores for your cvo. the cvo mufflers are good looking, no need to waste a lot of money looking for something for looks and with the recores, they perform great. 3 sizes to choose from, 1.75 for the quitest, 2.25 will be the loudest. in the past, the 2.0 performed the best on the dyno and was a great compromise between loudness and performance.
