Has anyone installed the SE high flow exhaust headers on a CVO?

Anyway, that's my update... for now.

I'm getting a 107 to a Stage 3 next week and using the hi flow exhaust with the heavy breather, SE Pro Street Tuner with the Smart Tune Module. I'm going in this direction because of the 7 year ESP. I've been checking out videos and the one below is for a 107 to 114 Stage 4 and he upgraded from slip ons to the Hi Flow and picked up fractions in torque and about 4.5 hp. Not a 114 to 117 like yours but might give you some insight with what to expect. Dyno numbers are just after the 4 minute mark if you want to skip thru.

I have the HD high flow exhaust with cats in the mufflers on my 17' CVO Street Glide. Before I out that on, it had a V&H header with V&H mufflers. The exhaust is definitely quieter than the V&H system. Power feels about the same. I'm going to probably put the Stage 2 torque cam in soon if I find a dealer doing that and a 10k service at a reasonable winter rate. Hopefully the exhaust will make good use of the torque cam.

I have a 2014 CVO Softail Deluxe 110 motor and I wanted to put the 1.75" Fullsac CVO Power Cores in my SE mufflers . Here is what Steve at Fullsac wrote me Sorry, none of our parts will fit your CVO Softail so what gives?

Sticking with H-D parts does not necessarily preserve your warranty.

the touring mufflers are different sized than your softail mufflers. probably a lot higher demand for cvo touring than there is for cvo softail.

Hey Gunny, How are those working out for you? I have an 18 CVO SG and need to hear my pipes. Just got through the break in period and ready to do a little something. I am not looking at the headers (yet) but at least for now, I have been mostly looking at the Fullsac 2.25 baffles. I think I will go without the blankets as it reduces noise 2-3 db (so I read). Are you using all of the original matting or did you strip some of that away? How is the sound? I am assuming no performance enhancements as it is only the mufflers.
