@tbob, I had Legend REVO-As on my '15 Street Glide and loved them. Which model of Legend rear shocks are you running on your '18 FLHXRSE? I'm about to upgrade to an '18 FLHXSE and am concerned ride quality when 2-up with the short 2" travel of the stock shocks and the fact that the preload can only be adjusted only the left shock.

I sold my 2016 CVO RG and bought a 2018. I left the shocks on the 16. So like you I'm trying to figure out which way to go with the 21" wheel and factory 1"
lower front.I only rode a short distance so I'm up in the air?

You and I are in a similar boat. I do some distance riding, but my biggest concern with this ‘18 CVO SG is when riding 2-up with the tour-pak installed. Not sure the pre-load adjustment will prevent bottoming out on the stops, and I’m skeptical that the pre-load only being adjustable on the left shock will be effective. I may be going to the 13” heavy duty version of the Revo-A that I had on my ‘15 SG.

Picked up the shocks from UPS on the way out of town. Howard wants me to call him before install (not sure why), but I am out of town for the week. I will give a ride update after install.
