Wink 2012 flhtcuse7

I purchased a new to me 2012 ultra CVO sapphire blue. I was thinking of adding the xm service on the month to month basis. Has anyone had issues with the reception? I understand once and a while losing signal but if the signal is good most of the time ill go for it. thanks

Nice bike had one just like it with the XM and for the most part it worked fine. I have the XM on my 15 and it's great on long trips

thanks, Yep ill go for it then, i got the bike with 8 k from a dealer in PA total stock so i bought the 5 yr extended warranty just because of the 110 issues i have read about and all the electronic gadgets. Heading out to Sturgis again next year then onto Yellowstone for about 3 weeks so the xm will be a nice alternative as well. Thanks for the reply Jeff

I had a 08 ultra classic anniversary they I rode out to grand canyon (north rim) zion bryce did a week in colorado as well this past summer. Came home and one slow day at work got to searching what the current prices were for those 2012 cvo sapphire blue. I have always wanted that bike but figured i could never afford it (when new) I saw it in pittsburgh pa at a dealer for 19k with 8 k on it and stock. So i got my trade on mine (8500) and figured it got it for a steal. Granted i had to drive 500 miles each way to go get it but I made a trip out of it with my toy hauler to do the swap. Well worth the ride. I did outfit my 08 with the cvo look along with the zumo so i already know what i was getting sorta of. But this 110 is awsome along witht he heated seat and power lock etc etc paint Im so glad i made the trip and the effort. the dealer lowered the price like 2 days before i found it by 3k right after i bought it they siad the phone was ringing off the hook. lucky me i guess. now just waiting for this crappy weather to go away.

XM is usually ( always ) running a promo for 6 months for $30.00 ... You have to use a credit card and they keep it in file and automatically renew at the "retail price" ... keep an eye on your expiration date

Never repeat NEVER give them a credit card, they will surprise you with a yearly subscription at 170.00. Always ask them to bill you, I have had XM service on my bike and cars and have never paid more then 30 for 6 months.

Also get the specialty service, they will throw that in for free, the weather map and traffic is awesome on that.
