Good day group, wondering if anyone can help. I cannot seem to get my radio to see/access music from m the ipod that came with it, or 2 other newer ones I tried. I keep getting an error message that ipod is not detected. Stupid thing is I can see it is charging the battery so it is connected, ipod even acknowledges it's connected to accessory?

Any history or resolutions for this? I really want to enjoy my tunes

 

Had the same symptoms In my case my ipod was not quite plugged in all the way. Good luck

 

Tried this both at the ipod and at the connector outside the bag. It is going back to the dealer.
