I wad wondering if there are any slipons that we could use that would take the stock cvo hear shields.
A friend of mine is running rineheart slip-ons with the factory heat shield. They are the black 4" slip ons.

The Rineharts do fit the stock heat shields, as do the SVT Boneshakers. I've decided to just put the Boneshakers on for now. After 3/4K miles, if the bike is trouble-free, I'll then replace the header pipe and add a tune at 5K miles.

So I bought some pretty exciting things to start my Build.
Kraus KRT inverted front forks.
Ohlins HD 357 rear suspension
Paul Yaffe 12 inch monkey bars
Paul Yaffe license plate to clean up the back.
Pics to come when they arrive

Sounds awesome, is the Yaffe license plate holder a direct replacement?

Real close to direct replacement. Uses the same plug the factory plate does for plate light. Also uses same two bolt holes for mounting. You just have to drill the nuts out, basically the threads.

Just added a chopped tour pack with matching backrest pad. Garage is dark and weather is bad. I’ll post a better picture in a few days. Ignore the garage, just moved and haven’t had an opportunity to get organized.

Things to be added over the holidays
Factory 47 12” Riviera Bars
Color match mid frame deflectors
Color match headlight surround
HD Defiance passenger floorbaords
Highway pegs
Custom Dynamics front turn signals
Fuel Moto Hi Rollers mufflers
Saddlebag Guards
Yaffe rear tag holder

this is indirectly bike related insofar as it will make your winter time working on your bike a bit more pleasant. may i suggest something like this for your door: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Insulfoam-C...ation/50244957

i installed this kit before last winter, and it made a huge difference in working out in the garage in the cold, and made a huge difference in keeping the heat out of the garage in the summer as well.
