Default Adding driving/fog lights to crashbar

Need some help, anybody add fog lights on crashbar on a 17 flhx cvo?
Trying to come with faring switch for factory look. Of course all the aux power switch kit's say they don't fit the cvo model. I've been reading a ton of threads but not sure what to order.
Dealer gave me a part number that's on back order with no ship date. Called harley for it and there not sure if it would even work. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Baja,

Just finished the install of the Clearwater Darlas.

I didn't want to have the fender mount and the typical spots weren't going to work well

I used the loser handlebar clamp for now, just didn't have the heart to drill the fairing

I just wired it up to the battery and the accessory off the low beam.

See attached. I might have to do some testing, but it's done. Might need some alignment too.

H

MStribes,

just curious where to plug plug it in? (The top connection I’m guessing..?)

I can sort out the moles connector online I guess.

For or now I just used the extra battery tender wire (why two...?) under the seat. Then I didn’t have to pull the ECM.

Currently the the only thing I’m not happy with is the dimmer controller.

I was was thinking of using epoxy in the little compartment next to the radio. As we moved and everything is in boxes, I couldn’t find my drill. I’ll tuck it in ther later.

The switch would be awesome, and that was the fog switch that kept the CVO look too...

anyhow - I’m a bit of a thread hyjacker. Sorry.

H

the black plugs left side is powered by the middle switch pos and neg run your wire under the fuel tank to your lights.

So really, all I’d need is 71400034 SWITCH BUTTON FOG, and tie in the switch. Cool!

thank you.
