Default 2019 Heat-shield color change

I have the Red Pepper CVO Road Glide. I have sort of felt it should have come with the Black Chrome heat shields and end caps.

Here she is stock heat shields

Now with the new Black Chrome Heat Shields and End Caps.

What do you think?

I think it looks better stock. The shields you put on really don't look like black chrome, mainly just black. Probably just the way the picture came out though.

Mine has those shields also but my forks match them, since your bike has gloss black forks seems like it would have matching black shields from the factory. I think the black looks good on your bike.

Looks good Dave HD should have started with the gloss black. Did I read that you’ve now changed the headpipe? If so what tuner did you use? Same set up as your ‘18?
Thanks

I also think the black looks better, matched to the forks.

I'm curious, what handlebars are you using. Also, what's the antenna for in the back ?

I prefer the stock “Burnt Steel” covers over the black ones.

Thanks
I have not yet put my Fullsac MX head pipe on. Will be doing so when I build the motor. Will be using powervision tuner for the first time. This is what the tuner prefers, and he has been getting great results.

The Bars are 14" Yafee OEM Monkey bars, with urethane bushings and super clamp.

The Antenna is for the CB I added. This way I can talk to my wife, and others I ride distance with.

They came of a Mako Fade 2019 CVO Road Glide

I am considering that when I do the motor. Not sure yet.
