Sorry this isn't about the seat but I wanted to know if XM satellite radio is standard on the 2010 Streetglide CVO.

I've got 26,000 on my 09 SEUC with many long rides. I'll use this stock seat when I ride the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge (Key West - Homer Alaska) this summer.

The seats we are discussing are the 09, 10 CVO SERG and 2010 SESG seats the ultra seats are not affected.

Also the 2009, 2010 seats for the standard models are unaffected. I currently have a touring Sundowner seat installed without any issues. This seat and the satndard Street Glide seat fit fine only my CVO seat is too short.

 

Anybody know the part number on the 2010 cvo street glide seat and what they cost?

anybody know if the moco is going to come out with this design seat for the 07 and earlier models?

 

THE SEAT WILL NOT FIT!!
It doesnt fit the CVO Street Glide and will not fit yours!

DO NOT BUY IT

The seat is made 2 inches too short and exposes the wiring. Go into a showroom and push down on one it will expose the wires. Fits even worse on the 08 and 09 touring models.

 

I took a chance and bought one last week for my 08 SG. Was worried about the fit as well. Picked it up yesterday since had to be ordered from HD. Had a little difficultly getting it on the tab but once I did, it fits PERFECT! It is flush to the console and does not budge no matter how much I try to move around on it. Much better fit than when I sat on the CVO at the dealer and could see the exposed wiring with the gap. Could not be happier...now if it would only stop raining so I can log some miles.

 

Would you mind posting a pic or two of it on your bike? Curious to see how it looks on a regular SG vs. the CVO. thanks
