I bought a 2011 RGU last year and really enjoyed riding it. But I've always loved the CVO and considered putting major $$ into the RGU... but ultimately decided to just get what I really wanted. The 110 motor is a nice power bump over the 103, and I'm loving the CVO in Rio Red. Regarding discounts - it really depends on the dealer and whether or not there's inventory. My dealer wouldn't budge on the selling price of the CVO, but they did give me $21k trade for the RGU, which I paid $23k for last year. Overall, it was a good deal for me. And, I love the CVO!

Traded my 09 SG and 08 Uly for my CVO SG. Once I got my Iron all fixed up (actually puts out more HP and torque than the CVO....for now...) I really never rode the Uly so it was an easy decision. Since I used to work there, the owner sold me the the SE for MSRP (They usually get about 4k+ or so more and sell out of their allotment fairly quickly). He said everyone who worked their would revolt if he took any money off a CVO so instead he gave me more than I had paid new for the SG and Uly in trade. Can't complain about that especially considering the milage I got to put on them for free.
