Default Same Thing on Mine

I noticed the same on mine too......I have seen at least 10 CVO's and they are all the same. Was told poor design but normal......Sad....Harley misses the little things that make a big difference to most all of us!!! I was told no adjustment is possible. They have put clear plastic over the paint which I am sure will not last long...

Hi guys--here is the thing--You DO NOT--turn the fork lock lever just to turn off the ignition. That is done with the switch on the right handlebar. The fork lever lock will not hit the fairing if tou turn the bars to full lock before you lock it with the lever. I have a 14 CVO Limited myself. Just leave the ignition switch to the right all the time UNLESS you want to lock the fork. My email is jular2@aol.com if you want to talk about it more.

This is correct info, never turn the fork lock unless forks are turned all the way to the locking position and it will never hit. I can't believe these dealers didn't have the presence of mind to be able to tell you this.
