2011 CVO Roadglide fuel problem
I have a 2011 CVO Roadglide ultra w/ 110 engine. I just had Harley put true duel headers on so they put it on the dyno. For some reason the forward cyclinder will not get the correct fuel. Running very lean says the tech on that front cyclinder, They've checked the injector and that's not the problem. They have called Harley tech people in Milwaukee for help and so far have not heard back from them. Anyone else had this problem? Before I took the bike in for the headers the valves would "ping" when acelerating so I assumed that there was a fuel issue then. Anyone?

A dyno tune guy says the front is running lean? I assume he is unable to tune it out or is eratic in spots. Likely issue is a intake leak/vacuum leak. Assuming the fuel pressure is correct and the injector and electrical side is working correctly. I would check for intake vacuum leaks, then do a leak down test.
