I carry the Cruztools HD kit. Other than the tool kit, I carry the Stop-n-go tire plug kit with the mini compressor, and the HD valve extension hose makes adding air much easier.

I own a Bell Bullitt helmet and wear it occasionally. Fits me well, same sizing/fit as Shoei or HJC. Noisier than either of those examples. Large eye port, excellent visibilty for a FF.
