Yes they will, the bags are all the same until they changed in 14. You will need to drill a small hole in the bottom of the bag for your wires to run out.

Mine are angled forward and I can hear them going down the road. My gf hears them real well. I have Baddad lids with HAT 5x7's pushed by bt4180 and a kenwood hu.

I bought them off ebay, the brand is Warlord. I believe I paid somewhere around $50.00 for them. I had smaller ones that I really liked, but they wouldn't work with my HD liners.

Here's the Baddad lids on my bike that originally had J&M 5x7's in them, I replaced them with HAT 5x7's. I had to cut the basket some to fit the HAT's.
