I have Ride On in two bikes. No weights. I don’t start out slow. I ride them like I stole them and I’ve never had a wheel out of balance problem. The wheels are smooth as butter all the time.

I have a Corbin dual touring seat on my Ultra. I haven’t had any tail bone pain with this seat. I have had tail bone pain with other seats, particularly the stock seat. I don’t know if this helps.

The economical and simplest fix is to replace the shoes and the inner cam bearings while your in there. Ride and enjoy. Check the shoe wear in another 30,000 miles.
