Bilt is always on sale. Sedici is occasionally on sale. YMMV

Yup, if you get the frame checked and straightened, it'll likely "out-handle" the bikes from the factory.
We all know the new bikes made tomorrow have sloppy specs for frame alignment.

Rode it today, as I have the week off. Not very far, about 115 miles. It wasn't as warm as it was Mon/Tues. Maybe ride it some more tomorrow. Or, might take a different bike too...

Just returned from a 960 mile blast to Monterey Bay.

Did 101 to 1 all the way up. It took 4 hrs 45 mins to get from Morro Bay to Monterey, via da 1.

Worth it.

Also stopped at Hearst's...

Sounds to me like the locking nut on the adjuster screw, isn't. The adjusting screw should move without the locking nut, unlocked.
This is on the basket itself. Remove derby cover for access.

They are not chrome. These are polished stainless steel. They don't fit the 2016 FXDL.
They don't fit over the nut and are too loose on the other side.
