Won this 74 Shovelhead....http://www.ebay.com/itm/1974-Harley-...true&rt=nc...I think I got it for a good price.

That looks like a pretty bike, it is very customized by someone else. You bought cool.

Not much '74-74" left there...but, if you like it, and you must cause you bought it...Well...I hope it is what you think it is...
Not really overpriced anyway.....

Not really overpriced anyway.....
It"s in my garage now and YES it's exactly what I think it is and then some. The bike runs and sounds fantastic and I could not be happier with the bike I got.

That...Right there is all that Matters...But, I still think it was a decent price.

UPDATE: I've put a few miles on her and had it gone over by the local shovelhead guru Wayne down at Southern V-Twin.

Needed.....
Rear axle...wrong size
wheel bearings front and rear
fork seals and damper
neck bearings

Engine and trans checked out fine...he took it for a nice ride and said it goes down the road straight and runs strong

Ya might want to look at the rear tire. Sidewall shows it might be old. It would be a candidate for changing out if it were mine. If I could see it in person.

Put new tires on and your right the tires that were on there were old.
