No I'm not but it came from my buddy who died and he was a Sportster guy from way back so I thought Sporty til I realized it was from a left side drive.

Well my 2 cents is, it is NOT HD, the front part with the deep skirt does not look familiar to me.

the attach tab has been modded and its not long enough for a harley - the sprocket is in the 50s - not 60s and 70s like a harley rear belt drive, and its too wide to be for a harley chain guard
it fits one of the communist bikes
