Default Shovelhead FLH brake calipers

What is the difference in front and rear calipers for a mid 70s FL?
Can I use a rear on the front?

I have a 1975 FX with a left side drum hydra-glide front end that a previous owner installed.
I am swapping a pre 77 41mm FL Shovelhead single disc front end on it.

My problem is I have what appears to be four rear calipers!
They all have Rs stamped on them.

I also have a 1973 FLH that I have owned for 19 years that is very close to being 100 percent Harley, the front caliper looks to be the same as the back?

Thanks,
Gregg
