81FXWG fork oil amount and grade

Restoring a 72 FX with 1981 FXWG dual disc wide glide forks. What's the correct amount and what grade of fork oil to use? My shop manual only goes to 1974, so no help there! Thanks in advance.

9.0 oz per side as recommended in this link... I use 20 weight fork oil.. I like the front a little firm....
