Advise the price WLA
Hey.I need your help.
I have Harley Davidson WLA 1944 and I want to sell it.Nobody in Belarus understands the value of this bike.
On the advice of friends I will sell in the United States.I contacted the transport company, but I do not know the cost WLA.
He is actually new.Mileage only 7 kilometers. He stood in the museum, and I recently took him from there.
I do not know how much to put the price

the 1942 WLA was a military issue bike for WW2 and none of them were 1944 chassis numbered - over 70,000 were built I owned a un commissioned machine 319 from the last bike ever built, what is in the picture is a civilian painted machine with lots of chrome doid I say lots of chrome -- that did not come on any bike from that era and the two tone was unheard of until 1946 with Harley , the keys hanging on the left handlebar are for a china ignition switch - the head light is also aftermarket == need more pictures but to answer your question I sold mine 8 years ago for 18,000 US dollars and it has gone up in value since then

to me its a china v twin copy that has been sitting a long time with fake parts on it
take a picture of the 1944 engine number ( left side top of the engine block between the front and back cylinder ) it should look like this ( 44 WL 1234 ) or and number combo the first 4 digits are the most important the other 4 or even 5 are the number of units built
the reason the main speedo has 7 and the trip has 117 is you can wind up the trip meter some what once but then it goes to zero -- OR the china speedo ( note no Harley Davidson under the trip in script ) does not work on both like most

If we assume the motor, tranny, frame and front end are MoCo and just surrounded by a ton of chrome Taiwan parts and we go further and assume it starts, runs, stops as it should, there is a big market right now for 45's. With all of the above assumptions, $9k all day long.
But the 1944 thing is a big red flag, would need to see VIN pics as stated above.
