How do you put a 72 FLH dash together?

Panz4ever...didn’t see the little red comments. Cool. Two items you had “???’s” about. That large black strip has 4 holes which seem to correspond to the circuit breaker holders like some sort of vibration damper. But I won’t need them because old shovels don’t vibrate, right?
The little ones are exactly the same size and dimension as The switch spacers, but they are about four times as thick.

On the original dash pan there is only one wire pre bulb, each bulb is grounded through the dash pan to the frame. On the after market dash pan there are 2 wires per bulb this is due to the bulbs being electrically isolated from the dash pan. The ground wire will need to be used as I found out the hard way. I cut them off and then ended up soldering them back on.
