Doesn't exist. Harley Davidson (actually Kayaba and Showa, Honda M/C subsidiaries, who made the forks) eliminated the use of bushings in the fork sliders L77 to 85 FLH models. If excess play exists and or oil escapes past a functional seal, the complete fork slider must be replaced.

FYI, there are no bushings used on Showa forks (used in L77-84 FLH models). Never seen a Showa fork with bushings; the entire inner surface of the leg is the bushing running on hard chromed tubes

This guy makes them...I would assume machine work is required to install them...he has a lot of neat stuff.

K...that is what the OP was referring to as well. But this is not a "new remake" because as Bill's says, HD never made them. So if you install the lowers, what about the uppers?

I guess I will find out. This has been a learning experience for sure. Bought tubes and lower legs on ebay and they are scored. Thanks for the information

FYI you need a special tool to ream the bushings once they are installed. Bill's offers that service. Intend to use them when I get to the front end of my 65 FLH
