I haven't had time to re-do the post that I lost but I would like to keep this thread going.
I had mentioned in an earlier post that I have never seen a picture, magazine article, brochure, etc from 1972 that has the 72 boat tail on it.
I have at least one magazine article and a few brochures but they all show the steel rear fender.
There is a member that goes by mrlexus that had posted several years ago that he had every article and piece of literature about the boat tail models.
He is still quite active on this forum and I have tried to contact him but haven't been able to get his attention.
It is understood that some 72 boat tails were produced.
If anyone has literature, etc with a 72 boat tail from that time period I sure would like to see it.
