I think I would be more concerned with why the rear cylinder is only 190*

Didn't by any chance check the compliance fitting holding that carb did you ? Those are known to crack ans suck air occasionally.

I have no clue on that compliance fittings.. If you can elaborate I will check it.

I did check a couple of web sites on that last plug burn, and their picturses say "normal" ?

I'm a bit old school & I thought thought we should be bit tan instead of gray. Any comment?

It's the big rubber spigot the carb plugs into on the intake, correct me if I'm wrong but that looks like a Mikuni or some other non hard mount carb on the bike. Also looks like 2 spacers in between, gaskets or o-rings between would be suspect for a leak too.

On my '80 Shovel I add a air leak that was between the manifold and spacers , found it by placing them on glass ( wobbled ) I put sand paper on glass and made flat

Ok, so it's a kick only bike. Failed to mention that when you you first posted... Your not gonna post hi numbers just kicking it.. Did you have the slide in the carb wide open when testing?

Your not gonna see deposits on the plugs like we used to with today's fuels... When listening to the video sounds to me like it's running pretty good, you just need to find a competent tuner. Is this your first Shovel?

There is a bunch of questions from others as well

Yes, running a Mikuni 38MM w/330 Main jet
I can't afford a tunner and it not a race bike, it's trial and error at this point to try to dial it in.
On the spark plugs, they are more gray with some black around the end of the threads. Is that trulley lean?
I'll go around again and reef on the fasteners around the carb some more, but shouldn't it suck in carb cleaner spray if it's leaking? It just pulls up and drips.
Also it does have electric start (alls *****)but it kills the battery and the aftermarket solenoid stick sometimes, so that's why I kick it most of the time. But the compression test was first done with the elec. starter then finished with the kicker after the battery died.
I have owned the bike since new, but it has been off and on the road over the years.

I am getting a head ache...

Can someone tell me the difference between a plug that is hot and normal? The champion site appears to shows the same plug in both pics.

this is a hot running plug:
