74 FXE front terminal board location

Default 74 FXE front terminal board location
Making my 72 FX into an FXE using the 74 FXE wiring diagram. It refers to a front terminal board. Where on the bike is it located? I bought a 76 FXE new back in the day and don't remember seeing a front terminal board. Was it inside the headlight housing?
