4 speed fourth gear seal spacer

quick question - is there a way to pull this spacer with the trans in the frame? I want to replace my seal and spacer the easy way if possible. The bike is a 78 flh with a ratchet top.

while the answer is yes the oil leak is going to be the hi gear bushing - saddlebagrail on e bay developed a spacer with an o ring on the inside that helps but the real issue is the bushing

v twin also sells a version
