I bought my shovel from a friend that was thinning out his stable of bikes.
It hadn't been fired up in several months so soon prep work had to be performed first. The starter also wasn't working so I installed a new solenoid and she fired right up.

I just got it from a brother in US, 78' shovel in softail frame, about 7100$, is it an acceptable price?

 

Just picked up my 1980 Low Rider this week. It's my winter project to overhaul/rebuild her. She appears to have good bones and a decent engine. But with almost 30k miles she's due for a rebuild.

 

How do you like the Indian front fender. I like them better that the HD fender, but then I am always a little "different".

 

this baby had only 3950 miles on it when i bought her February 2017...i payed a small fortune for it
ive just completed the first 5000 miles service and finding this sticker on the inside front fork leg was a surprise
