Shovel Head motor torque values

Shovel Head motor torque values
Hi guys maybe you can help me , my friend has a stock 1978 1/2 shovelhead lowrider and needs the Torque Value's for the side bolts located on the rocker boxes ( 4 ) just above the pushrods See photo for example , Thanks !

Those are screws Torque 8-12 ft lbs There are rubber orings inside replace them These are called rocker arm shaft screws Party on
