FLT to Road King front end

anyone here familiar with converting the front end of a shovel FLT (82) to the road king look. I want to dump the big fairing and I have seen several old FLT with the single-headlight front end.
can you tell me the parts needed?

I've seen it done after-the-fact Hill, but not sure of the parts needed. I'm thinking a large part of what you've got on the tree needs to go away. If you don't find what you need here, have you posted on the other forum that you and I participate on?

just here and shovelhead. I have been working on a weight-loss/height reduction program at shovelhead for my FLT.
I have seen it done and the basic part of the nacelle for my bike (fits around the instruments and the headlight) but still need the mounting brackets and stuff.

I just put this same set up on an 81 FLT that I'm putting together ! This is an ebay listing number of it , 260799572417 , considering the prices I had been watching this isnt bad ! The listing has ended without selling but if your interested contact the seller and have them relist it and tell you when so you can get it !

Hope this helps

Checked with the EBAY poster. No response yet. Also found another approach that would look a lot better - true road king look - with the fuel tank mounted speedo, plus using a road king headlight. Just the tank kit alone (without painting was $450). Looked very interesting.
A source at another forum pointed out some kits (I think the same as EBAY) that vtwin has that uses the existing instrument cluster at a pretty reasonable price.
So will consider both approaches. In the interim, have ordered a front-end lowering kit from progressive and a new set of 11.5 inch shocks to replace the 13 inch shocks to see if we can get the bike to better fit this short-legged, middle-aged, balding male.
